This is a space to explore, interrogate, and discuss the various systems that dominate our lives, and imagine alternatives that might make those lives better. My particular interest is in ecology and anarchism with an even more specific focus on how the intersection of those ideas relates to energy systems and ‘resource’ management, but as the impacts of coercive systems on our lives are multifaceted and ubiquitous, so too will the content of this newsletter be wide-ranging. In general, what you’ll find here is analysis of a broad range of issues through the lenses of ecology, anarchism, degrowth, commoning, and anti-colonialism.

I always welcome collaboration and in particular would like to amplify the voices that epistemic violence tends to silence, so if you’d like to work on something together, or even just use this platform to reach a few additional eyeballs, please reach out! I also value discussion, so if you want to talk in more depth about anything posted here (or that you think is related in any way), please let me know. This newsletter is, in part, part of an effort to facilitate more discussions around these topics from radical perspectives. The best way to reach me is, at the moment, through email or on Twitter (unfortunately).
